Saving data

Does the program automatically save when used? I don't see an option to "Save". Also when tinkering to see if I am going to buy I went to Preferences I changed the Folder for Backups to a different location in Documents. Does this pose any issue with Moneydance or my Mac? I did not download through the App Store and will purchase through your website (so sandboxing is not an issue).
Thanks in advance,
Cindy

    Hi Cindy,

Yes, Moneydance saves your data automatically, which is why there isn't a save button.

As well, yes, Moneydance can save your backups to whichever location you prefer on your computer and there aren't any issues with customizing the location on a Mac.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance!
