I can't use your freshly downloaded app without it crashing. I exported the QIF file from Moneyspire. It has imported into two other financial apps ok so I know it's not the QIF. But if I try to import to create a new finance data file or create a new fresh data file and try to do a File > import of QIF to the Checking account, it blows up immediately! I was wanting to try your app out to see how I liked it and it's a no-go crash and burn UX. Sorry.

    Hello,

Are you getting any error messages when the program "blows up?" If so, what are they? Which operating system are you using?

Can you try the latest preview version and let us know if you have the same result? http://infinitekind.com/preview

    I'm a fellow user.

If you are trying to import a QIF file from the Welcome screen on Moneydance 2021 build 2006 there is a known problem with this specific screen, as Ethan indicated try the preview build which includes the fix for this problem.

    Hi Ethan

No, no error msgs. It just gives me an input field to specify what was happening for the report to Apple.
I’m on a MacBook Pro with the 10.15.7 Catalina OS.

I downloaded your Preview version and this one did import that same gif file this time. I’ll poke around and let you know if I encounter any crashes with this version.
