I purchased Moneydance Version 2022.2 hoping to import my .qdfm file.

However, Moneydance does not seem to recognize my .qdfm file. It seems to want a .qif file, but I did not generate a .qif file using Quicken for Mac 2007 before I upgraded my macOS to Monterey.

Can you suggest how I might import the data in my .qdfm file into Moneydance?

QDFM are Quicken files which are in a proprietary format, as far as I am aware only Quicken can ready these files no third party program can.

dwgtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/497398622022-01-24T21:55:53Z2022-01-24T21:55:57ZAll I have is a .qdfm file

Hi, dwg--

I see what you mean. BBEdit can read it as a bunch of .plist files in nested folders of some sort. So it's all text characters, but in containers.

Drat!

launch a virtual machine (like parallels for mac) with an older mac operating system?

just a couple thoughts.

dtdtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/497398622022-01-24T22:54:39Z2022-01-24T22:54:41ZAll I have is a .qdfm file

Thanks, dtd--
