Converting off PC and trialling MoneyDance, I want to see how well the import works. The only import option appears to be in QIF format but that isn't appearing as an option to export from my PC Quicken application, the only option appears to be to backup to a QDF file. Export under the File tab only brings up the option of addresses.

    Hi David,

Unfortunately QDF files cannot be imported into Moneydance. Traditionally the transfer process was to export a QIF file from Quicken and then import that into Moneydance. However Intuit removed the option to export to QIF in the 2015 version (and some earlier versions). There is a work around that has been met with limited success by some users which you can find here.
