Doesn't work

Moneydance won't open. This is my second complaint. Is this just a fraud? I think it is!

   What actually happens? What do you see? What messages?
   Has it ever worked? If so, what's changed?
   What version/build of MD?
   What system Mac or Windows and what version?

   Locate and post your errlog.txt file here...

   I click on it, the little circle appears and nothing happens. Widows 10
   and just downloaded. Tried many times and it never opens. It's entirely
   dead.

   Are you running 32bit by any chance? That doesn’t work!!

   Can might find errlog.txt at:

   C:\Documents and Settings(yourusername).moneydance\errlog.txt
   c:/Users/(yourusername)/.moneydance/errlog.txt

   I've investigated further and got a response "Incompatable program"
