I am not sure what happened to that API, but it looks like it is not something serious. I am not a professional at all, and in such cases, I just call someone of the programmers to help me with this. I've also seen this one before, and they solved it in two minutes. So, I don't think that it's a grave one.
Since our company decided to increase the automatization of various processes (https://www.zaptest.com/hyperautomation), I need a programmer's help much more often than before because I am a simple engineer and am not used to complicated computer programming. I am a good use of a PC, but things like this are too complicated for me.
