Ii downloaded the program and it looks what I have been looking for except that nothing works. I am not able to get any of my accounts to sync.. eiher a java error or it says it added correctly but no data shows

In order to determine what might be causing the problem, could you provide the information below:
Which version and build of Moneydance are you using?
To check, open Moneydance and select Moneydance --> About Moneydance.
I believe that in order to download your data from the bank you are using Moneydance +?
Which bank are you connecting with?
Would it be possible to see a screenshot of the error/s you are seeing?
