Turn off Cash Register Sound

I just purchased MD from Apple App store. Every time I enter a transaction it makes a cash register sound. I would like to turn this off. How can I do that?

    Hi George,

    From the Moneydance menu bar go to File > Preferences > General tab.

    You can un-check the option there.
