Getting data from bank

Moneydance says my accounts are synced with US Bank. I can't get data from US Bank into checking account on Moneydance

just a user - Has US Bank worked for you in the past, and now it is not working?
Are you using Direct Connect or Moneydance+/Plaid?
What version of MD are you using?
What error messages are you seeing? If MD+, do you have the account you want information to drop into set up?
Have you set up third party permissions at US Bank? US Bank is also known to charge for Direct Connect (if that is what you are using), so it could be that as well.
More detailed information versus "it isn't working" will always help either MD or users to diagnose your issue.
