Will Moneydance work on the new Windows 10 system ? I live in Southwest Scotland.

Yes, Moneydance 2015 will run on Windows 10.
If you haven't already, I encourage you to download our free trial version and experiment with the program. The demo version is fully functional and allows you to manually enter 100 transactions. Imported transactions are not limited, so you'll be able to fully test importing your data from your bank or other finance software.
If you decide to purchase the program at a later date you can keep all your data, the license key simply unlocks the ability to manually enter more transactions. You can download the trial version of Moneydance from here.
There isn't a specific 'UK version' as it can be downloaded and used from anywhere. You can set British pounds as the main currency (although others can still be used) and within preferences you can set your 'Locale' to 'English - UK' rather than US. This will amend settings such as change 'Check' to 'Cheque'.
