I am converting to Moneydance from Qkn and have been unable to find out how to see all splits for a single total entry.

How do I do this? I looked up and saw something in an old discussion that mention Quick View but have been unable to find that or any other method

To see the splits for a transaction without opening the split window hover over the transaction with your mouse and press the option key on your keyboard for a mac and press the alt key if you are on windows.
