importing quicken accounts

I'm trying to switch from Quicken for Mac 2016.

This is what Quicken says:
OFX and QFX are only used for importing into QM2016. QIF is no longer supported. You can use CSV to export data from registers and via reports that support it.

I guess this means my only option is to use CSV. I used MoneyDance's texfile importer extension but I get nonsense. Screen shot attached.

Can anyone help? Thanks!
