Can iBank export your data in the QIF format? If so, the import
process will likely be similar to moving from Quicken, which you
can read about at
http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/importing-from-quicken-or-ms-money/....
If it can't, what are your export file type options in that
program?

You don't need the Network Synchronizer extension to use the iOS
app. It sounds like you are trying to activate an older syncing
method. Please see
http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/mobile/syncing-moneydance-2015-with...
for current instructions on how to set up mobile syncing.
