Have had quicken since 2007 When I transfer files I got a lot of extra some were negative accounts giving me a incorrect net worth.

    Hi Larry,

    Try marking the accounts as 'inactive'.

    Also, you can set the initial balance of those extra accounts to make the current balance what you want it to be before you make them inactive.
