I Am Converted! I Believe! No More Quicken! Helllooo MONEYDANCE!
I have to share how happy I am that I have found MONEYDANCE. I played with the free trial and set everything up to mirror my quicken as best as I could and then I purchased the plus program for online access. I am a now a cheerleaxder for this software as there is an alternate to Quicken. While Moneydance isnt perfect it is definitely a 9 out of 10 for my purposes. My purposes is that I needed a register for all my bank accounts (business and personal) all my credit cards, all my loans, all my liabilities (mortgages) etc.and then to have them all sync together when making payments so I can see a running balance in each account. I also love that I can edit and customize the platform any way I want.
Thank you Moneydance for letting me getting rid of the monkey on my back for the past few years with Quicken as it has turned into a pile of worthless online crap with terrible customer support, this is coming from a Quicken user for over 30 years. If you are on the fence about switching from Quicken, dont walk...run and download the free trial and take it for a test drive. Sure there is a bit of a learning curve, but as with anything, you will be happy that you made the swittch.

Just wait until you use both the custom balances and quote loader extensions too!!
