Moneydance is a personal finance program, Balance sheets are a business report.
Moneydance has the personal finance equivalent which is the Account Balances report.

If you're seeking a traditional balance sheet (assets = liabilities + shareholder equity), MD does not provide.
Closest thing I've used is the net worth report.

Hi Don,
Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.
You could use the Net Worth report. This report type displays your net worth using the current balance, including transactions with dates in the future, or your cleared balance. You can select which types of accounts contribute to the net worth in this report.
For further information about Report Types and Uses, please refer to this article of the Knowledge Base.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.
