Setting up online access to PNC bank

I cannot figure out how to set up my PNC account to download transactions, etc. I get a error stating my username and/or password is incorrect however it is not?

    Hi Rick,

    Sometimes banks require a different login/PIN than the one that you use on your bank's website to access Direct Connect servers. If that's the case, you would have to contact your bank for the information. Here is a reference:
