How do I export a loan account from MS Money?

Although the instructions say you can't export a loan account - it is not clear how any data gets into Moneydance

I have followed all the instructions regarding Moving from MS Money to Moneydance, but am having trouble understanding how to move what is actually our mortgage account. I have created a new account in Moneydance with the same name but the instructions at step 11 do not make sense to me. Can anyone describe it more fully, please?
All my other account transfers have been completely successful.
