Compatibility with Morgan Stanley systems
I have a client who currently uses Quicken for personal accounting and has been running into problems downloading data from our systems as we no longer support the software. Currently trying to find them a new budgeting/accounting software where they could integrate historical data both from Quicken (as they transfer over) and from their MS accounts. Is this possible here? And how would that look like?
Thanks

I would expect institutions to be telling us what transaction download capability they provide for their customers:
Do you provide:
1. Direct Connect
2. Manual transaction files, if you do in what formats OFX/QFX, QIF other - note CSV files are generally not suitable for loading into investment accounts in any program.
Or is your expectation that customers will engage an aggregator to obtain the data.
