Quero assinar o moneydance e preciso saber se em minha assinatura posso sincronizar com meus tres computadores, um no escritorio, outro na casa de campo e o da minha casa, bem como iPad e iPhone. Obrigado

You can sync using the Moneydance syncing engine with as many computers as you wish.
Currently, the version of Moneydance for mobile devices (IOS and Android) is a helper application meant for on the go data entry only and hence has limited capability.
With mobile devices, you need to use either Dropbox or iCloud (if you only have Apple devices) as the service for passing of data between the systems.
The free Dropbox license can be used. Dropbox Connection is used on the mobile devices which does not consume a license and this is also an option for any desktop device to ensure you do not exceed the free limit.

What those dots blues in the column Description means???

The blue circle indicators can be interpreted as follows:
• Any open circle means imported and confirmed
• Any open circle with the line through it means imported, confirmed and merged
• Any filled in circle means the transaction has been downloaded and imported.

After downloading/importing your data, you should go through the confirmation process, as outlined here.
To begin the confirmation process, you should select the first transaction in the register with a 'blue dot'. A panel will appear on the right of your screen which shows the 'Current Transaction' details. You should amend the category within this panel, then select 'Confirm'.
You'll see the solid blue dot change to a blue circle. Moneydance will then move to the next unconfirmed transaction in the register.
As you go through this process it will become quicker and easier. Moneydance will begin to recognize the information you have previously confirmed, and start to suggest the correct categories within 'Similar Payees' in the panel on the right.
The next time you download from the bank many of the correct categories will automatically be assigned, and this will improve as you confirm more transactions.
