Hi,

I’ve been using Moneydance for years. I just saw that there have been no updates since 2024. Does that mean there won’t be any more updates?

   No it does not.

   There is work being done on a Moneydance.next.

   Moneydance does not always have a release each year, there was not a new version of Moneydance released in 2013, 2016 or 2018 for example. In the case of Moneydance 2024 as many fixes as possible that were in the pipeline were included and why the final release was in February 2025.

   Thanks for the reply. In your mail you refer to the last version in February 2025, but on your website I see the last version was Moneydance 2024.4 (5253)

   The build date on Moneydance 2024.4 (5253) is 2025-02-21

   I assume you are taking the major versions number to be the date of release of the specific build, it is not, it is the date when the first version in the series was released i.e. the .0 release.
