QIF file importing

Hi,

I'm in the process of importing about 8000 investment transactions into Moneydance but have come across an odd problem. There is one transaction, once imported, shows double the balance change (honest!). Attached file has the qif file section with transactions above and below. To "resolve" the problem I hit enter to edit the transaction with incorrect balance and then immediately hit enter again to finish my "edit" without doing anything else and the balance is fixed! I did try shutting down and restarting Moneydance but that didn't fix it.

The two other pics in the attachment are the before and after screen shots of Moneydance with high balnce and lower balance.

I note that this particular transaction is translated by you into 2 Moneydance transactions (quicken IntIncX to Div and Xfr). What is happening? Am I going to have to go through all my imported transactions and hot enter/enter to make sure the balance is OK?

I am using version 2024.4 (5253) of Moneydance and importing a Quicken 2002 Deluxe qif file.

Regards

Callum
