It says I can only have one checking account. I need more

How do I set up checking accounts?

    can one have multiple checking accounts using money dance? I just downloaded
    and wanted to start setting up and ran into this stopper.

    Hi Dave,

    Not sure how you got that message, but you can certainly have multiple checking accounts. I have 2 checking, 3 savings and multiple credit card accounts set up with no problems.

    Hi Dave,

    Can you confirm that you downloaded Moneydance from the Infinite Kind website?
    http://infinitekind.com/download-moneydance-personal-finance-software

    To add a Checking account...
    From the Moneydance menu bar, go to Account > New Account.
    Select the Bank type. Click Next.
    In the resulting window, fill in the particulars of the account. Click OK.
    The account should then appear on the left side bar.
