Importing categories from csv file

I'm trying to import a csv file using the text importer. My file includes my categories (which I've already entered into Moneydance), but I can't find a way to import them. It's a lot of data that I don't want to hand recode. Suggestions?

    Hi aduncan.austin,

    Try using 'Account' as the field designation for the Category.
