Have not upgraded Quicken because they no longer support completely offline operation and am therefore stuck on Q-2013 running on my offline Windoz7 PC.
Is it possible to sneakernet "Moneydance_windows_amd64.exe" to my offline Windoz7 PC and complete the installation ?
- import Qucken-2013 data, completely offline ?
 - operate MoneyDance competely offline (without ever connecting to The Internet) ?
 - Product-registration ?
 - Support for separately downloadable product-update files ?

This is my take on your questions

Moneydance does not require Internet access, although access is required if you want to do something like update stock prices automatically or interact between a desktop system and a mobile device

Instructions on migrating from Quicken can be found at:

    http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/importing-data-from-banks-and-other....

Registration involves entering a product key that you receive via email, so online access from the system is not required.

Product updates come in the form of a new build of the software, hence you can copy it the same as you do the initial installation, using USB keys, external hard disk etc
