How do I get Started
I don't find the MD application that I installed. How can I download my quicken files etc.
My quicken files are: .IDX .QDF .QEL .QPH I don't really know what these mean when you seem to be looking for a different type of file.
It's impossible to use your program when I can't even find in my Windows 10 computer after downloading and installing it twice

Hi Rick,
Did you see my reply to your other discussion? If the email reply went to your spam/junk folder then you may have missed it. Sorry for the confusion.
If Moneydance is installed, you should be able to access the program on your system. If you're using Windows 10 you can use 'Cortana' in your task bar to search for the Moneydance application. Simply searching 'Moneydance' (without the quotes) should locate the downloaded application.
If you'd like to import your Quicken data to Moneydance, you'll first need to export the data from Quicken in the QIF file format. I've provided instructions for importing the QIF file in the other thread.
