THE IMPORT WINDOW DOES NOT OPEN

I even purchased the program thinking that there was some restriction for the import and have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it several times and even opened several accounts but keeps doing the same does not present the window and even when it does it does nothing with the qif file from quiken. Every time I get to choose the Quicken file but does nothing after that

    Hi Aixza,

    Are you exporting your data out of Quicken and into a QIF file? Or, are you trying to import a Quicken Data File directly into Moneydance?

    Can you try dragging the QIF file into an open Moneydance window?
