Hello,

I just imported all of my husbands files from microsoft money to money dance. There are 2339 unconfirmed transactions. Can I just do a group confirm and how would I do that?

    Hi Kelli,

Provided you're sure that all txns are correct and should be Confirmed then, yes you can bulk Confirm multiple txns.

Select (highlight) any txn that you want to Confirm. The Confirmation side bar will open from the right.
    Use key-combo CTRL-A
All txns should now be highlighted and the Confirmation side bar should now offer a 'Confirm All' button.

If confirming all of these txns at once causes Moneydance to balk, you may want to bulk confirm only several txns at a time.
To do so, highlight the first txn, hold down SHIFT and click on the last txn that you want to confirm.
Doing so will highlight all txns in between and again the Confirmation sidebar will offer a 'Confirm All' button.

When transferring data from MS Money to Moneydance you shoudl not have to confirm any transactions. When you imported the QIF files did you make sure to set the source option to "From another program". If not then I recommend starting the import process again.
