app doesn't stay in my applications

since i upgraded my operating system the moneydance program does not stay in my applications folder. as a result i have to re download the app each time i use it. instructions please.

Hi David,
Sorry to hear of the issue you have encountered. This is not a behaviour I have encountered before. When you download Moneydance and unpack the Moneydance application from the '.zip' folder, are you then dragging it to your Applications folder before opening? Is there any indication when Moneydance is removed, e.g. does it occur after a restart of your system?
Do you have any anti virus software on your system that may be misidentifying Moneydance as a threat and then removing it?
