Multiple questions
1. I have Quicken 2007 files from 1994. Will I be able to import them to Moneydance?
I have an old MAC operating on 10.6.8 will I be able to 1) import my 2007 data to MondeyDance, and then will Noney Dance work on such an older machine, or should I upgrade to El Capitan (10.8?)Will this be "in the cloud"
Is there a human being I can talk to about all of this?
Rick

This is my take in your questions
No other software can read the proprietary Quicken files, therefore it is necessary to use Quicken to export the raw data into one or more QIF files, Moneydance can import these.
The current version of Moneydance does not support OSX 10.6, the newest version of Moneydance that support this release is Moneydance 2014 which is now quite old. So you would need to upgrade
Unless you choose otherwise all data is stored locally on your machine.
Support for moneydance is provided through these forums or via email, there is no telephone support available.
