Free downdload doesn't work

I downloaded Moneydance to my Windows Vista SP2 . When I attempted to execute it appears to make my cpu busy for 1 or 2 seconds and nothing else happens.

   Moneydance is compatible with Windows Vista.

   Moneydance for Windows has 32 and 64-bit installer versions. If you're certain that you downloaded the correct version, I would try to re-download and re-install as your download may be faulty..

   Hi Tony,

   I downloaded the 32bit version to my 32 bit PC. The last time I tried Internet Explore browser and got the same results. Ie busy indicator for a couple of seconds, nothing displayed.

   Hmmm.. I'm not sure what's going on. I'm a Moneydance customer, not a Support person, does it show as running in Task Manager? Trying different browsers was a good idea. Maybe someone else in the Forum, or the Support Staff would be able to offer an explanation/suggestion.
