msmoney investment cash accounts and cross-currency transfers

could you please update it specifying that, in point 7, the bank account for the cash transactions of an investment account should be named including the " (Cash)" suffix that MSMoney usually hides.
That is, if you have an investment account named "etrade" in MSMoney, then you should create in Moneydance an investment account named "etrade" and a bank account named "etrade (Cash)".
I had to repeat the whole import process twice because of this.
I'm also still getting wrong balances (possibly caused by transfers between accounts in different currencies: are these expected to be imported correctly) and I'm still investigating what is causing the differences.
