import from QIF
Wow, I had no idea you didn't have by-phone tech support.
I tried to import my Quicken QIF file, and I now have a list of accounts, but the list on the left is just a generic Checking and Savings. How do I get it to recognize all of my accounts.

For those who come after, I had no intention of posting a forum thread, I was just trying to communicate with tech support.
Now I just want to know how to get a refund.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. I would be happy to authorize a refund and I am inclined to offer you technical assistance first. This is not an attempt to get out of giving you a refund, if that is what you want let me know and I will authorize it today. However if you would like to try to sort out this issue, I would be happy to help. First, just to make sure, were you following the instructions regarding importing from Quicken available at http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/importing-from-quicken-or-ms-money/...?
