Setup online - not in demo?
If I'm correct, feel free to ignore me! (Really!)
I'm pretty sure that you've disabled "Setup Online Banking" in the demo mode.

Figured it out - I hadn't completely built the account properly for the Online Banking portion to work. It works fine.
