Note: I entered this problem a few days ago as "private" by mistake but since it doesn't seem to be going anywhere (I got one reply from "Jenny" of IK). I am reissuing this for an open discussion so perhaps someone else can help:

I am trying to follow the suggestion from the discussion database on how top change the currency of an account (I know you can't do this directly/easily)
I have the account in USD with transactions in it (transferred from Quicken)
I have created a new GBP account (empty)
Tried to so a "batch change" of all the transactions (highlighted) to the new GBP account but the new GBP account name does not show up in the "Batch change" drop down menu (although the empty GBP account does show up in the "side bar account list" on the LHS and ofcourse on the Account list itself).

What else do I need to do?

Charlie

PS More Information:

I have just downloaded your latest version (I think) of Moneydance from
your WEB page and paid for a licence. The version is 2017.6 (1656).

When I imported "all" my accounts from Quicken 2015 it all seemed to work
well all the bank accounts and credit card accounts came across correctly
with the correct balance etc.

However I imported all accounts in one QIF file, as recommended, so they all transferred as
one currency - USD.

I have several Bank accounts that are actually GBP based (only bank
accounts no Credit cards or other types of accounts).

Best Regards

Charlie
