Can not transfer from Quicken for Mac 2015

We bought Moneydance for $39.99 tonight, but have spent 90 minutes trying to download our Quicken for Mac 2015 data into it. We can not find a .QIF or anything that is responding with the Moneydance program.

Please send help OR I'd like a refund.

    We did change the file to a .QIF and it's even more of a cluster. Some accounts were merged into others, we are missing transactions, etc.

    After further consideration and spending another 40 minutes, I'd like a refund.

    Unfortunately I'm unable to locate your purchase using both the email address, and name that you've provided. Could you provide me with any other names or email addresses that you may have used to make this purchase?

    Apple requires that you go through the Mac App Store's refund process to receive money back from purchases made through that service. Unfortunately, we cannot authorize the refund for App Store purchases on our end; so if you purchased from iTunes, you will have to go through their process on their site at http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact/

    I was responding to an email from David Hanley. He couldn't find my email address we used via Paypal to purchase the software last night that is not working and I'd like a refund. It's under the email address: [email blocked] and the BMT Order Receipt was #7038816. According to David he couldn't find the order.

    I am sorry that our product did not meet your needs. I have asked our payment processing partners BMT Micro to process your refund. They will let you know when the process is complete from their end.
