REMAINING & SAVING A PERSONAL FINANCES FILE

It appears that the files have not been saving to the back up file as it show no files but I have checked that the back up should be automatic. How do I save a file to a different location. Also can I create a duplicate and rename

    You can use these instructions to create a backup:

    except copy your data set instead of moving it, in order to manually create a backup.
