Hi,
When I set up my Citi Bank card online information and set it to download, it downloaded duplicates of months worth of transactions. Is there a way to prevent this?

    Jane,

The first time you connect to a bank/credit card, Moneydance will download all of the transactions available. From this point forward Moneydance will "remember" that it has downloaded these transactions and should only download new ones. It's not currently possible to prevent the download of the older transactions during the initial connection.

Thanks for using Moneydance, and please let me know if I can be of further assistance,

Same deal. Amongst my several accounts, I have close to 10,000 previously-balanced transactions to re-accept. Any suggestions on how to streamline this process? Going thru each transaction individually will probably have to be a deal breaker for me.

    Hi Scott,
Select them all, and click 'Accept All'
Select the first blue dot txn in the account, hold down Shift and select the last blue dot txn. This will select all of the blue dot txns in the account. The Accept button will change to Accept All.

Edit: Clicking the 'Unconfirmed' filter should help.

Thanks, but when I do that, it relabels every check in my account as "CHECK CLEARED" and deletes my original recipient. Any other thoughts?

Everytime my husband tries to transfer my quicken from my pc computer to my mac, it doubles all transactions. What are we doing wrong?

    Hi Pam

The process for importing transactions from another program is different from the process of importing transactions from a bank or credit card company. Please try following the instructions in the following article.

    http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/importing-from-quicken-or-ms-money/...

If that doesn't help please start a new thread describing the problem you are having.
