Can you send us the output of your console log? This can be
found by going to Help -> Console window in Moneydance, then
clicking the "Copy to clipboard" button and pasting the output to
us here.

Can you also send us a screenshot of the window that opens when
you go to File -> Syncing in Moneydance? Here's how to take a
screenshot:

I will say that I tried to sync this morning and it worked
perfectly. The only thing I did differently was reboot the
computer. Perhaps that solved it. I don’t know if you mind
going over the output, just in case you see something off.

Thanks Jerome.

Can you try disabling Dropbox syncing to see if that fixes this?
First, go to File -> Syncing in Moneydance and disable syncing.
Then, close Moneydance and, using the Dropbox app or website
interface, delete the:

.moneydancesync

folder in your Dropbox folder. Next, re-open Moneydance and
re-enable Dropbox syncing. Finally, disconnect from Dropbox syncing
on your mobile device and re-connect.

Hope this helps, and feel free to contact me with any questions
about this process!
