Still cannot get my new windows 10 machine to sync with my mac files

I have ensured that my sync settings are the same:
DropBox Folder
Pass phrase is the same
The sync files are in the dropbox folder 0n the windows machine but it does not sync.
What have I not done?

I am not support staff, just a user.
Presumable the windows computer is your primary computer. Syncing set up using FILE – SYNCING and thus you can see a “.moneydancesync” folder in your windows Dropbox folder.
Can you see the same folder on your Mac?
If so, did you try to set up your secondary Mac computer to sync using MONEYDANCE – NEW – OPEN SYNCED FILE?
