<p>You do not state which version and build of Moneydance you are running, see under HELP – ABOUT MONEYDANCE nor the operating system your computer is running. If you are using a iOS or Android device what version of the APP you have installed. Also what are you trying to sync? Providing this information will help to formulate a better answer.<br>
As far as paste command is concerned have you tried Ctrl V being the only paste command moneydance accepts.<br>
Unless you purchased Moneydance from Apple whose impose restriction on moneydance I would recommend using Dropbox folder rather than Dropbox connection, connection has limitations. For this you need to have downloaded and installed Dropbox on your computer.</p>
