synching with USAA
Hello: Some time ago USAA stopped synching with MoneyDance. You had a fairly compiicated way to get that working again. Now there is new information about syncing in Quicken.
Is there a say to synch Moneydance with USAA now?

It's indeed Quicken as well - if this is not working with Quicken, who USAA works with closely, then absolutely it won't work with Moneydance at this time.

Today (oops, yesterday) I went online with a chat session to USAA support. The initial session was purely robotic. I questioned why CC trans didn't come thru and after a couple automated questions, it came back showing me my "most recent" transactions... Well, there were NONE later than 09 April 2022!
After that I started yet another session and finally got in the queue for a human. It took awhile but I waited it out. After explaining the issue, the tech rep apologized for not being able to solve the problem but:
a) promised to push my complaint up the "chain"
b) gave me a 24/7 phone number directly to their website support: 877-632-3003
I have not called it yet as there are other issues in life... but I suspect if everyone having problems with USAA CC transactions contacts them either via phone or web chat, they just might realize they need to address the issue soon! (the attachment shows what the chat robot returned on the right and a snippet of my latest charges that were already cleared online on the left.)

Yep! That's why I'm hoping as many as possible will blast them for a correction!

Agreed, but ALWAYS say you can't get your Quicken downloads to work as if you say anybody else, you will be dismissed.

Good to know. On the couple of occasions I have raised this issue I have been told it was beause MoneyDance doesn’t have whatever kind of elationship with USAA as Quicken. Apparently that is not true.
The indifference was overwhelming. Makes me wonder what else they just don’t care about with respect to their customers, as they spend all that money for ads on TV. Perhaps I just don’t need their credit card.

I noticed the problem so went back to an April 5 MD backup. Started up MD and it loaded my credit card transactions up to the 10th and then stopped. USAA strikes again.

USAA Credit Card downloads appear to be working as of late last night (April 21)
