The initial session was purely robotic. I questioned why CC trans didn't come thru and after a couple automated questions, it came back showing me my "most recent" transactions... Well, there were NONE later than 09 April 2022!</p>
<p>After that I started yet another session and finally got in the queue for a human. It took awhile but I waited it out. After explaining the issue, the tech rep apologized for not being able to solve the problem but:<br>
a) promised to push my complaint up the "chain"</p>
<p>b) gave me a 24/7 phone number directly to their website support: 877-632-3003</p>
<p>I have not called it yet as there are other issues in life... but I suspect if <em>everyone</em> having problems with USAA CC transactions contacts them either via phone or web chat, they just might realize they need to address the issue soon! On the couple of occasions I have raised this issue I have been told it was beause MoneyDance doesn’t have whatever kind of elationship with USAA as Quicken. Apparently that is not true.</p>
<p>The indifference was overwhelming. Makes me wonder what else they just don’t care about with respect to their customers, as they spend all that money for ads on TV. Started up MD and it loaded my credit card transactions up to the 10th and then stopped.
