Whiteboard collaboration
Hello,
The button responsible for opening links in the SyncSpace app isn't working. I have sent several links out to test the functionality, but in all the test cases nothing happened. To be sure, I am using the app as downloaded from the respective app stores for Android and iOS in active trials.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Hi Charles,
I'm so sorry for this bug! I've just fixed it so please let me know if you have any more trouble with the link to edit a drawing in syncspace, or if you have any other feedback about the app or service.

Hi Sean,
The button now opens the app. I've share a few Collab spaces to another device that include pictures, but the pictures don't show on the second device. Mark-ups, however, are working both ways. To be sure, the second device does not have a license.
