Using on two pcs
hello, i am trying to use this on my laptop and desktop. i have it loaded on my desktop and have removed it from my laptop because i can't get it to sync properly. in the reading it says to make sure it is not backed up by onedrive. how do i get it to stop backing up on onedrive? I know i can stop it from backing up all folders but i want to just stop it from backing up the moneydance so i can share it. OR, if there's an easier way to share send the info please. thanks in advance, rg

There is no issue in backing up Moneydance to a service like One Drive, Dropbox etc. What you cannot do is locate the data files on such a service, so you should ensure that the Moneydance data files are located on the local disk drive, not in any folder that is mapped to a service like One Drive, the easiest way to ensure this is to have the Moneydance data files in their default location.
Perhaps you can follow the instructions from the Syncing instructions in the Knowledge Base article and if you have problems tell us exactly what they are, any error messages etc.
