Sync Issue with 3rd computer
Hello! I currently run Moneydance 2023.3 on an iMac (primary) and a MacBook. I sync via Dropbox Folder with passphrase. All was well until I brought in a 3rd system, another iMac. The 3rd system has Dropbox installed and the same version of Moneydance. I cannot get it to sync. I start Moneydance, go to Create New Account Set, Click Open Synced File, Pull down Dropbox Folder. A dialog box appears entitled "New File" with a message No synced documents were found. As a test, to make sure the 3rd system was connecting to the same account a Dropbox, I just now created a test Word Document. All 3 systems show the new document...so, would should I do? Thank you

Run toolbox extension on each machine. Does a Dropbox issue warning box popup?

No, sir, no warning about Dropbox on the Toolbox extension (there was another warning but not that). I'm so sorry to have bothered you, I'm getting older and having a harder time figuring these things out... I tried something and it is now syncing. I went to the Dropbox folder on the 3rd Mac and pressed the keystrokes to show hidden files. The Moneydance files appeared but they had a grey cloud next to them instead of the checkmark. I googled and it said to right click them to make them available. I just did that and went back to Moneydance to try again. It worked and all is synched. Now the dreaded job to clean up the Summary page. Accounts closed over 10 years ago!
