How is the Investment Return report calculated

    Great Many thanks.

    Interestingly the anomalous results seem to come from a failure to adjust for net cash within a portfolio at the start and finish.

    Effectively if the cash withing a portfolio reduces over the period the “Return” has to reduced by this amount. The converse obviously applies.

    I'm not sure how to accommodate this other than to know its happening. I cant seem to save this in such a way as to reopen in excel to play around with the numbers.

    Saving in CSV doesn’t seem to work as I cant seem to open the file in Excel.

    Hi Michael

    In the report click on COPY TO CLIPBOARD then in excel paste.

    Hope this helps
