Issue with downloading from one bank
I have been using Moneydance with Moneydance+ for a few months now and it is working well. Having said that, I've had a problem this month downloading Amazon Prime Store Card transaction from Synchrony Bank. For some reason I stopped receiving transactions after May 4. I would appreciate suggestions for troubleshooting this issue.
