Cannot get to my account window after reopening Moneydance 15

Reawake os 10.10.1 on os 10 Yosemite.Can't get my general account window to open. Can hear entities being made but can't see the account window. Please help. Need to het my cheques written. Bill reminders open normally

cannot open my checking account window. Entries are being made, bill reminders function, and can hear the entries with the cash-register sound. Just can't see the window...

Hello,
Can you confirm that the bar at the top of your screen, shows all the Moneydance options, as if the software was open? You should see Tools, Extensions, Help, etc.
If this is the case, then it may be that Moneydance has opened, but the main window is minimized. If you can see the MD icon in your Dock, you can right click the icon and select 'Show all Windows'. This should bring a small grey bar to the front of your screen. You can hover your cursor over the edge of the bar, and click and drag to expand the window.
If that doesn't seem to work, can you send me a screenshot of your entire screen when you have the program open? If you're not sure how to take a screenshot, please see http://take-a-screenshot.org/
