File export to excel
In the most recent version of the software that I have there has been a change to the way in which the currency values are exported. I am using pounds Sterling and when I save a file to csv format it outputs a strange symbol (Â) in front of the £ sign then a space before the numeric part. I used to import the file and then run a macro but I now have to replce all the  synbols before I can do it.
I thought I would try to use the export version called CSV formatted for Excel but that is worse because it requires you to import the file as if it were a text file and you have to go through loads of formatting before you can use it.
Can there not be a version that excel can just open ?
I have just noticed that I am using version 2022.6. Does the 2023 update address the problem?

You can use Extension, Extract_Data. This creates CSV extracts that you can just double click to open in excel...
