    Hello,

We do support direct connections for UBS and Credit Suisse, however, the connections are from their servers in the United States, and it sounds like you are in Switzerland? It is possible, but probably unlikely, that your account information is available through this method, as many banks do not provide information for accounts outside of the country of origin. You will likely have to contact these banks to see if you can access your account information from their servers in the United States.

Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that Post Finance supports direct OFX connections, which Moneydance (and other financial software) requires in order to talk directly to a bank. The best way to get your transactions into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QFX, QIF, OFX or OFC files (sometimes referred to as Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance. You can also open your bank's download page directly (after entering the appropriate address in the Account->Edit Account menu) by going to the menu bar and selecting Online->Open Account Website. This method should also work with your other two banks if it turns out that they can't offer direct connections for your accounts.

If your bank begins to support direct OFX connections in the future, we will be happy to work with them.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank you for your interest in Moneydance.

    Hi Ethan

Thx for your feedback. yes, i am from Switzerland and i am buying MD last week, but now, I think it was a mistake to purchase MD. Its the second fault, where i have at MD, Swiss Banks don't work with OFX. The first fault are, that I can't print reports, but I have a other discussion with scott the last days.
Download from Webbrowser I have done with my old Software, that the reason, why I switch to MD.

    Hello Achim,

I am unable to find any purchase information associated with the email account you use for this site. Is there a different email address you may have used when purchasing Moneydance? Did you purchase Moneydance directly from us at http://infinitekind.com/purchase, or did you purchase Moneydance through a third-party site, such as the Mac App Store?

    Hi Sott

Thx for your feedback! i don't understand, why all good Financial Software only works with US banks, not with European or Swiss Banks. Th second reason are the problems with print reports. Export to Excel is not a good Solution and a little bit of much work.

    best regards
    Achim
